LADDERS
TO KINDNESS
TRAINING
Training for your team or organization through an Indigenous lens.
Created and delivered by Indigenous people
We acknowledge that we are on the unceded territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw.
Specifically in the Xwemélch'stn Village.
Ladders to Kindness Training
aims to help people in your team/organization have better
relationships internally and externally by providing the following training:
Lateral Kindness Training
Cultural Safety Training
Reconciliation Training
Foundational to our work, is our lived value: 'NAMWAYUT = We Are All One
This core value is critical in developing the way we treat one another
and how we move forward creating meaningful relationships.
We believe teams, and organizations are far more productive and successful
if every person feels valued and safe;
then they can deliver that same value and safety through their work.
In addition to understanding Namwayut, we provide your team
with a basic understanding of trauma, how it shows up,
and why it is important for all of us to know.
This is a path forward in creating meaningful relationships and growing our common humanity
We currently deliver all of our offerings both virtually through Zoom
and in person.
